Cancellation Policy

The experiences cannot be canceled by the buyer - however, with certain exceptions.

If something has happened that makes it impossible to participate in the experience on that date, it may be possible to rebook for another date. Please note, however, that we can only rebook to other existing dates in the same year for the same trip and only if seats are available on those dates. You can only try to rebook a tour if you contact VisitNordfyn no later than 2 weeks before the trip should have taken place.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Alternatively, as a rule, you are welcome to give your ticket to another side.

However, you must notify the experience manager at [info@visitnordfyn.dk](mailto: info@visitnordfyn.dk) if you have passed your ticket to another site. It is important that the right participants can be contacted.

Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions are top priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to endure the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you.

If experience managers choose to cancel

Of course, our experience managers do everything possible so that you can get out and experience. However, unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in case of illness, road conditions and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. Should that happen, you will be contacted by the person in charge by phone/SMS and then by email.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid for the tickets (excluding payment solution and platform fee).

If the experience manager chooses to cancel due to too few enrollees, scheduling errors or the like, the cancellation must be made no later than 1 day before the start of the experience.
