- The guide helps you find and pick the good herbs and plants for schnapps and gives good advice on what tastes good together and how to produce the best schnapps 😋
- Each participant is handed a bottle of clear schnapps, jars for herbs and a recipe.

- If there are beginners on the tour, there'll be a thorough introduction to sea kayaks and equipment, and we'll start by practicing technique

- We provide a life vest, paddle and sea kayak

Sea kayaking fun

- Under the knowledgeable guidance of nature guide, club leader and narrator Bjarne Kim Pedersen, we'll take a walk of about 1.5 km to Drejet
- We collect sea kale, sea chickweed and glasswort and other edible plants. 
- We also try catching shrimp, mussels or snails in the water.
- After our collection operation, we prepare food at the storm kitchen from the fresh ingredients we have found. 
- We taste nature's delicious delicacies and learn about the unique biodiversity of Enebærodde.

On the tour we taste wild plants and herbs and learn about how we can use them in food — and at the same time we enjoy a beautiful hike and hike on the promontory.
