In December, Harridslevgaard Castle opens its doors to a very special Christmas experience.
The castle's many living rooms and halls will be beautifully decorated as they form the setting for traditional Christmas events in the Thornico Group — and on this occasion we open the doors to a limited number of guided tours.
On the tour you will get both the historical story of Harridslevgaard Castle and an insight into how Christmas was celebrated among the nobility throughout time.
You will have access to a total of 1,200 m² spread over three floors — from the magnificent knight's hall and the many beautiful living rooms to the atmospheric medieval cellar with dungeon. All beautifully decorated with fir trees, lights and the special magic that belongs to Christmas.
Practical information
Note: Due to the castle's many stairs, the walk is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
