Pick schnapps herbs on Enebærodde — and take home your own Enebærodde schnapps

Join us on a leisurely hike on Enebærodde on the Odense Fjord and create your own unique schnapps.
Our experienced nature guide Bjarne Kim Petersen takes you through the beautiful heathland, where we collect herbs such as Jomfru Marie's bedstraw, rowan berries and other aromatic plants. Perfect for giving your schnapps a taste of the wild nature of North Funen. At the same time, you can enjoy the beautiful hike in fresh late summer.
At the end of the tour, you'll receive a bottle of schnapps so you can make your own Enebærodde schnapps.
What's included
- The guide helps you find and pick the good herbs and plants for schnapps and gives good advice on what tastes good together and how to produce the best schnapps 😋
- Each participant is handed a bottle of clear schnapps, jars for herbs and a recipe.
- On the tour, guide Bjarne Kim also tells about nature and good stories about the past of the promontory Enebærodde
- You should also enjoy the amazing views of Odense Fjord and Kattegat!
Practical information
- One bottle of schnapps per person is included
- We meet at the parking lot on Tygesvej near Enebærodde
- Remember to bring a basket for the herbs and a rose scissors/pruners for the herbs
- Remember to wear clothes after the weather
- The terrain can be both uneven and muddy and rocky, so wear good hiking shoes
- It is a good idea to bring both drinks and snacks
- The tour will take place September 5 and September 19
