Peddersen and Findus — Christmas at Peddersen for Nordfyns Børnekulturfestival

Experience the tale Christmas at Peddersen as theater.

In Peddersen and his cat Findus's little home, the snow is finally contained on Christmas Eve, but then Peddersen sprains his foot so that he cannot support it. Now they can neither pick up the tree in the forest, the goods at the grocery store, nor the box with Christmas decorations in the attic. Can it even be a real Christmas?

Armed with guitars and handy cookware, friends Niclas and Morten join the audience in Peddersen and Findus's battle for a merry Christmas! Does it succeed?

Recommended age: 3-9 years

The performance is part of Nordfyns Børnekulturfestival 2026 — a morning of stories, music and more activities in Morud.

On stage this morning guests can experience the dog Ib, Peddersen and Findus and Katrine Bille, who each invite children and families to adventure, musical and entertaining experiences with their own unique universe.

Throughout the morning, children can also explore the festival's other activities, where there will be opportunities for play and creativity.

Admission to the entire festival is free, but due to space limitations, space must be reserved for the individual headliners. The free tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Both children and adults must have a ticket.

The festival's other activities are open and without registration requirements.

The Children's Culture Festival is organized by the Municipality of Nordfyn with the support of Cultural Region Funen.
