Learn to embroider flowers, animals and words

With a needle and thread, you draw motifs directly on the fabric. You learn some simple stitches and use them freely to create flowers, leaves, animals, words and patterns. There is no requirement for perfection. On the contrary, the personal expression is part of the charm. The workshop provides a calm and cozy introduction to embroidery, and everyone gets their own embroidery home.

The workshop is for children from 7 years old and their adults. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult who actively participates in the workshop.

The entry price goes to some light catering and materials. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Heidi Helene Møller Kjær from Nordfyns Bildskole is a teacher.

The workshop will take place in the Visual Arts Room, Havrehedskolen - afd. Morud, Rugårdsvej 729, 5462 Morud.

The workshop is part of Nordfyns Municipality and Nordfyns Bildskole in autumn 2026/spring 2027 holding a series of creative workshops across Nordfyn for children and their adults to focus on being creative together.
